Our policies are designed to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all residents. By living in our community, residents agree to adhere to these guidelines:

1. Respectful Community
All residents must treat each other, staff, and guests with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Housing Agreement
Residents are expected to follow the terms outlined in their housing agreement, including payment schedules, move-in/move-out procedures, and occupancy rules.

3. Privacy and Confidentiality
Residents’ personal information and living spaces are private. Staff and fellow residents are expected to respect privacy at all times.

4. Safety and Security

  • No illegal substances or weapons are allowed on premises.
  • Residents should follow fire safety and emergency procedures.
  • Report any safety concerns immediately to the management team.

5. Shared Spaces
Residents are responsible for keeping common areas clean and orderly. This includes kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms, and laundry facilities.

6. Guests and Visitors

  • Guests must be approved by management before visiting.
  • Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
  • Overnight stays may require prior approval.

7. Noise and Conduct
Quiet hours may be enforced to ensure a comfortable environment for all residents. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not allowed.

8. Compliance with Rules
Failure to comply with these policies may result in warnings, fines, or termination of housing privileges.

9. Updates to Policies
Safe and Secure Living reserves the right to update policies as needed. Residents will be notified of any changes in advance.
